Child Safe
At Khiri Campus, we have a zero-tolerance policy for violations against children’s rights. We are firmly committed to protecting children and respecting their rights throughout our entire business operation. This commitment extends beyond our business practices:
- Combating Child Exploitation: We strongly condemn all forms of child trafficking and sex tourism.
- Responsible Interactions: We do not promote or support arbitrary visits to schools, orphanages, children’s centers, or hospitals unless they offer positive, long-term, and meaningful impact.
- Ethical Supply Chains: We regularly monitor our supply chains and have zero tolerance for any activities involving child labor or child abuse. We reserve the right to terminate contracts with suppliers who violate human rights or children’s rights.
Empowering Our Team and Guests:
- Training and Education: We provide our staff and tour guides with comprehensive training on child protection and how to respond to suspected child abuse or exploitation.
- Guest Awareness: We educate and inform our guests on how to interact responsibly with local children during their travels.
Collaborative Approach:
- Partnerships: We partner with the Child Safe Movement and similar organizations to advocate for child safety.
- Sustainable Development: Through our non-profit organization, Khiri Reach, we actively engage with local partners to establish sustainable community development programs, educational initiatives, and child protection campaigns.
