Vietnam has been featured on several travel blogs and magazines all over the world.  Let’s explore this country through travel experts’ eyes.  Bourdain – a gifted chef and story teller – had travelled all over Vietnam and had a great passion on this country’s food culture.   “I’m back in Vietnam – one of my favorite places on earth and all of the things I need or happiness: those plastic tools: checked; tiny little plastic table: checked; something delicious in a bowl: checked”.
