Service learning project at Kampong Kleang

Oral Health Placement in Cambodia
The 2 weeks Oral Health placement is one of GROUND Health Care programs. This program enables a group of Oral Health faculty students to work together with local dentists for free teeth check-ups and mouth hygiene checks. The outreach program works with local NGOs in the dump area in Phnom Penh.
Creating a Vegetable Garden at Angkor Krav, Siem Reap
A GROUND group recently worked on a project to create vegetable farms at Angkor Krav School. They worked for a day prepping the soil, first they dug the soil then installed the posts around the site. Then using green netting they created a roof to protect the crops from the intense heat.
Community work in Sambor Prei Kuk, Cambodia
Sambor Prei Kuk or Isanborei Community is in Kampong Thom province, on the main road between Siem Reap and Phnom Penh. It used to be a capital city during the 7th century. These ancient temple ruins are now an archaeological site in the central area of Cambodia.
